I understand that you are interested in becoming acquainted with American medicine working in the field of psychiatry. I would like to extend an invitation to you to become an observer in our department. You would participate in all of our clinincal discussiona and conferences; however you can have no clinical responsibilities yourself with patients.

This status is provided in accordance with University of Louisville School of Medicine Dean’s Office requirements. We look forward to having you.

We anticipate a starting date of March 1, 2005 until April 30, 2005. We will provide a more detailed schedule once you arrive.
